Every aspect of foreign investment law falls within the pursuit of our firm's Foreign Investment group. We are proud of our tract record in servicing the needs of foreign investors, particularly multinational corporations.

Our department has been involved in legal consultancy, documentation, as well as providing liaison services in various government regulatory agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Board of Investments (BOI) and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

The Foreign Investment Department gives foreign investors advice on legal procedures and documentation for conducting business, applicable laws on the various business forms and alternatives open to investors, and incentives available for a particular type of investment.
