Telecommunications

The Firm has developed expertise in handling the legal aspects of prosecuting applications for certificates of public conveyance and/or necessity for the operation of public communication utilities and services or for any form of authorization within the regulatory powers of the National Telecommunications Commission. The Firm assists telecommunications companies in preparing legal documentations in support of an application and prosecutes applications for a grant of provisional authority at each stage of the process, from the filing of the application to the promulgation of the decision. The Firm's legal services also include the rendition of legal opinions in the area of telecommunications law, and legal representation before the National Telecommunications Commission and related government agencies.
